The cold-drawn seamless pipe is adopted, in which the round steel is perforated to become a capillary, and the round steel is finally turned into a steel pipe by the operation of pickling, starting and cold-drawing, etc. This is called cold-drawing pipe, and the pipe pulled out by cold-drawing process is also called cold-drawing tube.

The production process of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe is as follows:

round tube billet → heating → perforating → heading → anneal → pickling → oiling (copper plating) → multi-pass cold drawing (cold rolling) → billet tube → heat treatment → straightening → hydrostatic test (flaw detection) → marking → warehousing.
