The  is a kind of non-welded flange which is made into pipe thread through the inner hole of the flange and connected with the threaded pipe. Compared with flange or butt flange, threaded flange is easy to install and maintain, and can be used on some pipeline which is not allowed to weld on site. Alloy steel flanges have sufficient strength, but not easy to weld, or welding performance is poor, can choose threaded flanges. However, under the condition that the pipe temperature changes rapidly or the temperature is higher than 260 ºC and lower than -45 ºC, it is recommended that the threaded flange should not be used to avoid leakage.
